Avoiding Unplanned Pregnancy Stories

Avoiding Unplanned Pregnancies
We are going to be talking about Abortion, abortion rates, at home abortion, and also various ways on how to avoid unwanted pregnancies naturally. According to a definition which i got from (Wikipedia) an abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by the removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus from the uterus, resulting in or caused by its death. An abortion can occur spontaneously due to complications during pregnancy or can be induced.

It’s a commonly used term for ladies, girls or women who purposely terminate their pregnancies. But in some cases, some loses their pregnancies spontaneously which we could term as "miscarriage".
I recently made researches on abortion rates and i was able to find out that approximately 125,000 abortions are carried out per day. In the USA, over 3,000 abortions takes place daily. That is, 2% of all the pregnancies end in abortion (Note: Excluding the number of miscarriages). Sourced from; WHO, World Health Organization.
Like I’ve said earlier, there are various ways on how to avoid unwanted or unplanned pregnancies naturally without any drug which could harm you.

How to Prevent Unwanted Pregnancies Naturally

  • You can use the prediction of your fertile period also known as the 'Calendar Method'.
Here, you will calculate the first and the last day of your 'fertile period' or 'risk period' using this method.
PLEASE NOTE THAT this method is most effective for any woman that regularly have her menstrual cycle, NOT On and Off type. Also, first day of the cycle is also called the First day of the menstrual period.
  • Learn to always say NO.
  • Don’t allow your friends lead you to unprepared intercourse with a man.
  • Use protection.
  • Have it mind that c0nd0ms are not 100% protective so know what you are doing. Or if you choose to use the withdrawal method, or family planning, be careful!!
Before i shut down, i would lastly warn you know what to do when pregnancy occurs. Plan well before you take decisions.
