What Causes A Yeast Infection In Women

What Causes A Yeast Infection In Women
Sometime wonder what could be the cause. I noticed a lady in the bus I bored some weeks ago trying to make herself comfortable …Scratching her thing like seriously. It once happened to me too as a guy but that’s when I must have been when am returning from a local market where lots of bacteria are all flying around. I will have sweat a lot and this could cause my body itching. But let’s throw more lights on causes of female itching.
Apart from a few exceptions, female itching usually arises from infections. The infections may be bacteria, viral, fungal, or parasitic. The following conditions are some of the possible causes of female itching.

Vaginal Yeast Infections: this condition is also known as vaginal candidacies or vaginal thrush. Classic symptoms of vaginal candidacies include vaginal itching and a thick vaginal discharge. Candida normally grows in a healthy vagina, where the slightly acid PH environment keeps Candida and other microorganisms from multiplying rapidly enough to cause infections.

However, there are varieties of factors that can throw the environment of the vaginal out of balance, and thus make it conducive for yeast to grow.

Causes Of Yeast Infection

  • Those taking strong antibiotics; especially for a long period of time. Antibiotics kill bacteria, which can alter the balance of microorganisms in the vagina, as well as in the mouth and other places in the body. Some antibiotics, especially tetracycline, also appear to stimulate the growth of yeast organisms.
  • Pregnant women; the hormonal changes associated with pregnancy alter the PH of the vagina and increase the production of blood sugar.
  • Menstruation; some women report, more yeast flare-ups just before or after their menstrual period.
  • Stressful times; doctors don’t fully understand the stress/yeast connection, but many women report an increase in yeast infections during times of high stress.
  • And lastly, people with diabetes.

Infections! Infections!! Infections!! Above all you, women …you have to be very protective and careful as even oral intercourse can also open up chances for yeast infections as a viral vaginal infections. Is this post useful to you? I would love you to show love by posting your comments below. Thanks!

Air Pollution Health Risks A Must Read

Air pollution health risks

Good day guys! Hope you are good today? I believe you are reading this post because you want to know the air essentials for you home & health. Okay! …I've once asked this question;
Can the air we breathe in within the confines of our home be polluted or therefore be harmful to our health?
YES!  ….If you don’t know.

Air Pollution Health Effects

Indoor air pollution stems from combustion pollutants such as gas, oil, coal, wood, tobacco products, building materials, and furnishings, insulations that can contain asbestos, cleaning or personal use products, damp carpet and lead-based paint. The air fresheners we use release such toxins, also.
Other pollutants include viruses and bacteria that are spread by people and animals. Cats and dogs or other pets spread bacteria through their saliva and dander (fur, feathers, etc).

Also, the dried urine from mice, rats or cockroaches produce an allergen that permeates the air and causes respiratory and other problems in our body systems. Dust mites, who produce allergen, live in warm moist places such as mattresses, bed sheets, cloth furniture, curtains and carpets. And, as you know mold and mildew breed in damp areas like bathrooms, kitchens, and water damaged materials.

So just note that diseases and other health issues are brought on by these indoor air pollutants. When you have colds, or you are coughing, sneezing or itchy and or have watery eyes, respiratory problems such as asthma, nasal congestion and sinus infections, chicken pox, measles, and digestive problems can all be the result of pollutants. So beware!!

All said and done below are ways you can prevent or get rid of these awful indoor air pollutants in our homes.

  1. Don’t allow any smoking in your home. Smokers should go outside to smoke and away from children.
  2. By doing this once in a week. Dust furniture with a slightly damp cloth (no sprays).
  3. Fix any leaky faucets or pipes that will cause the growth of mold and mildew.
  4. Improve ventilation in your home by opening windows to allow free in and out flow of fresh air.

Do you have any more tips or ways you use to prevent air pollution in your home? Kindly share it in the comment box below so that others can also learn from it as nobody is perfect. Avoiding Unplanned Pregnancy Stories

Avoiding Unplanned Pregnancies
We are going to be talking about Abortion, abortion rates, at home abortion, and also various ways on how to avoid unwanted pregnancies naturally. According to a definition which i got from (Wikipedia) an abortion is the termination of a pregnancy by the removal or expulsion of an embryo or fetus from the uterus, resulting in or caused by its death. An abortion can occur spontaneously due to complications during pregnancy or can be induced.

It’s a commonly used term for ladies, girls or women who purposely terminate their pregnancies. But in some cases, some loses their pregnancies spontaneously which we could term as "miscarriage".
I recently made researches on abortion rates and i was able to find out that approximately 125,000 abortions are carried out per day. In the USA, over 3,000 abortions takes place daily. That is, 2% of all the pregnancies end in abortion (Note: Excluding the number of miscarriages). Sourced from; WHO, World Health Organization.
Like I’ve said earlier, there are various ways on how to avoid unwanted or unplanned pregnancies naturally without any drug which could harm you.

How to Prevent Unwanted Pregnancies Naturally

  • You can use the prediction of your fertile period also known as the 'Calendar Method'.
Here, you will calculate the first and the last day of your 'fertile period' or 'risk period' using this method.
PLEASE NOTE THAT this method is most effective for any woman that regularly have her menstrual cycle, NOT On and Off type. Also, first day of the cycle is also called the First day of the menstrual period.
  • Learn to always say NO.
  • Don’t allow your friends lead you to unprepared intercourse with a man.
  • Use protection.
  • Have it mind that c0nd0ms are not 100% protective so know what you are doing. Or if you choose to use the withdrawal method, or family planning, be careful!!
Before i shut down, i would lastly warn you know what to do when pregnancy occurs. Plan well before you take decisions.

Why It Is Important To Drink Water

Why It Is Important To Drink Water
Like one of my best water quotes "Rivers, ponds, lakes and streams - they all have different names, but they all contain water. Just as religions do - they all contain truths"

For real water is very important and we cannot in a day do without it, YES! Like my dad used to say “Water is life”

Without water in your body, then you are not a human. Without water in your body to perform all the activities the body needs, then it won’t function the way it should.

BUT!
Do you know that water makes up more than half of your body weight?
Do you also know that is a fluid called lymph which takes part of your body system and which helps you fight sickness?
Do you also know that water helps in weight loss?

More importance of water your must know:

  • Clean Water helps digestion of foods.
  • Clean water help get rid of wastes through urination.
  • Clean water helps protect your spinal cord and body cells.
  • Clean water helps to give your body a healthy skin and also very importantly;
  • Clean water also helps to reduce the risk of colon cancer by 45%.

Are you thinking of, HOW MUCH WATER IS ENOUGH?

While you now know how important water is to your health, never be afraid or wonder "HOW MUCH WATER IS ENOUGH?" ...My best answer to such question is will be "DRINK WATER TILL YOUR ARE SATISFIED" as its medically important to your body.

3 Ways You Can Also Use To Form Water Habit...

How?
  1. Always carry a bottle of water along with you when you are going out.
  2. Setup a reminder on your watch to beep every hour. That wont make you forget!
  3. Do more exercise; don’t be lazy to walk up some distance. It would make you feel dehydrated and wants more water.
Thanks for stopping by, kindly use the below box to drop you comment or contribution to this. **Winks**
